Naperville Park District to Extend “Midday Spray” to week of 9/7
Rotary Hill event and Paddleboat Quarry offer water fun as hot weather continues

Midday Spray, the Naperville Park District’s sprinkler event for kids at Rotary Hill, will continue through the week of September 7, weather and turf conditions permitting. Launched on July 9, this new weekday event gives kids a fun way to cool off in a refreshing spray. The sprinkler runs at Rotary Hill, located at 443 Aurora Avenue, Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Families are welcome to bring a picnic lunch and sit under the trees. Thanks to our sponsors, this event is free. The week of August 31-September 4 is presented by the Rotary Club of Naperville and the week of September 7 is presented by Naperville Professional Firefighters.
Naperville Park District’s Paddleboat Quarry also offers water fun along the Riverwalk adjacent to Rotary Hill. Rentals are available on site on a first-come, first-served basis for up to four people in a paddleboat, one person on a paddleboard, or for a one-person or two-person kayak. The Paddleboat Quarry schedule for the remainder of the season is as follows:
