Naperville Park District Spring Program Guide Available Online March 1

Guide features spring break and summer camps, baseball and softball, new programs and garden plot rentals

Naperville Park District’s Spring 2023 Program Guide will be available online on March 1, packed full of ideas and information to help individuals and families plan fun and engaging spring events and activities. The Guide contains a list of Spring Break Camps, Summer Camps, baseball and softball programs, special events and spring programs. Additionally, find details about Centennial Beach membership, Fort Hill Fitness membership, Springbrook and Naperbrook Golf Courses, park rentals, birthday parties, and garden plot rentals.

Applications for summer park rentals will be accepted beginning Thursday, March 2 at 8:30 a.m. for residents and Thursday, March 9 at 8:30 a.m. for nonresidents. Registration for spring programs and summer camps begins Monday, March 6 at 8:30 a.m. for residents and Thursday, March 9 at 8:30 a.m. for nonresidents. (Please note that registration for Spring Break Camps is ongoing, with camps listed both in the Winter Program Guide and the Spring Program Guide.) Registration for T-Ball, Coach Pitch and Softball programs opens at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 14 for residents and at 12:00 noon on Thursday, March 16 for nonresidents. Garden plot registration for new gardeners opens Tuesday, March 21 at 8:30 a.m. for residents and on Thursday, March 23 at 8:30 a.m. for nonresidents.

New fitness programs for spring include Yoga for Golfers and Yoga Gold, in hybrid format for active senior adults. Several new programs have been added to the Active Adults and Seniors section, such as Poker, An Afternoon of Music and Reminiscing, Essentials of Estate Planning, Taste of Tai Chi and more. New spring programs for kids include a Masquerade Glam Night, a Little Veterinarian School program about caring for horses and a RoboThink program about Mars and space travel. New Spring and Summer Camps feature science and technology topics and Summer Camps include new week-long camps for preschoolers, such as Shark Week and ‘Lil Sprouts Camp.
