System on loan to be tested in different park locations in September

As part of a safety initiative, Naperville Park District is pilot testing a portable, solar powered security camera system for potential use in different park locations in the future as needed. During the trial period planned for the month of September, the mobile camera system will be moved to several parks. The first testing location is at Fredenhagen Park.

The information gathered from this trial period will assist the Park District in identifying the type of portable solar powered security camera system and components that work best with the District’s parks, facilities, and operations.
