The Park District’s Naperville Youth Basketball League will begin taking registrations for the fall and winter seasons at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 14 for residents and at 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 16 for nonresidents. Registration details can be found at www.napervilleparks.ort/napervilleyouthbasketball.

The Naperville Youth Basketball League offers weekly games at Fort Hill Activity Center and practices at different school gyms throughout the community. Students in kindergarten through 8th grade may participate in grade-level divisions. Volunteer coaches are needed for each team and receive training and support as they teach the fundamentals of the game and encourage team spirit and sportsmanship.

Fall league practices are scheduled to begin the week of October 25 with a 7-game season from November 6-December 19. Winter league practices begin the week of January 10 with a 9-game season from January 22-March 19.

Players may register individually and will be assigned to a team.  Or, as a new option this year, teams will be able to register as a group, with one individual registering for the team.
