Naperville Pimp Wrote Book About Pimping Experience: Report
He reportedly penned a book about his time as a pimp, with the hopes that it would become a movie.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville man accused of being a "violent" pimp who beat and manipulated women testified Monday that "violence just happened along the way." During his testimony , Benjamin Biancofiori, 38, reportedly acknowledged that he was a pimp, according to Chicago Tribune.
Biancofiori was arrested in 2016 after allegedly running a prostitution ring for nearly a decade throughout the Chicago area. In the complaint filed against him, women alleged that Biancofiori beat them and denied them food .
In one instance, Biancofiori allegedly had a woman sent back to him at gunpoint after she tried to flee.

In Janurary, Biancofiori's attorney attempted to have the trial delayed because she worried the #MeToo movement could sway the jury. On Tuesday, Biancofiori testified that wrote a book about his time as a pimp, Chicago Tribune reports.
Prosecutors have referred to the book as autobiographical, with mentions to violence against women, including an incident a victim recounted in court in which Biancofiori allegedly hit a woman so hard she wet herself.

Biancofiori is set to be cross-examined Tuesday. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.
