Naperville Shoe Carnival Set To Close Mid January
They're offering big discounts this month, set to increase from 30 percent store-wide.

NAPERVILLE, IL — The Shoe Carnival store, on Route 59 in Naperville, is set to close in mid-January, according to a report. The store's employees will mostly keep their jobs, however, and will be transferred to other locations.
The Naperville Sun reported the company spokesperson declined to comment, but store manager Velen Damas said the closing date has been set as Jan. 14.
Most of the eight employees will be relocated to branches in Oswego, Woodridge and Joliet, the Sun reported, but some aren't moving because they don't want to drive that far, Damas said. "We learned about a month ago we'd be closing on Jan. 14. We'll be helping take things down. Our last day working here is Jan. 18."

Store discounts are high right now at 30 percent as the store closes, a number set to increase as time goes on, according to the Sun.
