Naperville Standard Market To Close For Good
The store and its restaurants are closing after five years in the city.

NAPERVILLE, IL -- The Naperville Standard Market store and restaurants will close its doors for good after five years in the city. Officials for the store made the announcement on the company's website Tuesday, citing "[b]usiness conditions specific to that location" as the reason for the closure.
Starting March 27, the grocery store, located at 1508 Aurora Avenue, will offer a 30 percent discount for customers. The offer does not apply to dining at Standard Market Grill or The CUBE.
Standard Market officials say they are working with "as many team members as possible" to find transfer opportunities. The other Standard Market and its affiliated restaurants is located at 333 East Ogden Ave. in Westmont and plans to remain open.
