What do you think of the city's decision not to reschedule trick-or-treating.
NAPERVILLE, IL — There's already snow on the ground, but that isn't stopping the city of Naperville from keeping its trick-or-treat hours on Halloween. Trick-or-treating will take place on Oct. 31 at the regularly scheduled time and will not be canceled, Naperville police spokesperson Mike Son told Patch.
There are no set trick-or-treat hours in Naperville, but city officials suggest going out during daylight to stay safer.
If you head out, city officials advise to bundle up and wear brightly colored clothing or use glow sticks to help improve visibility. Sidewalks and streets may also be slick, so be careful navigating neighborhoods.
