Naperville Woman Gets 1.5 Years Probation For Capitol Breach: Report

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naperville woman was sentenced to 1.5 years of probation in connection with the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol. Dawn Frankowski, 54, was sentenced Wednesday morning, Chicago Tribune reports.

Frankowski pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of disorderly and disruptive conduct in late August. Those charges came after after Frankowski was tagged in a Facebook photo shared by David Wiersma. Wiersma, who had been reported to the FBI after a coworker saw his post, pleaded guilty in late August as well.

Wiersma's post read, in part, "Spent about 30 minutes inside and got out before the SWAT team went in."

Frankowski must also pay a fine of $700 and do 100 hours of community service.
