Naperville Woman Hit, Killed by Metra Train

A 36-year-old Naperville woman was killed during the early morning hours of Sept. 6 by a train, according to the Naperville Sun.
The body of Jennifer Jungels, of the 1200 block of North Main St., was found on the Metra/Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway line tracks, about 100 yards west of Mill Street, around midnight on Sept. 6, according to the article.

jungels was a 1998 graduate of Naperville North High School and attended the College of DuPage where she received an associate’s degree in tourism and travel and tourism, according to her obituary.
She was the mother of Jenessee Sanchez and engaged to Jesus, Jr. “Jesse” Sanchez of Palatine, according to her obituary.
