NAPERVILLE, IL — The 2020 West Suburban Irish Parade will step off in Naperville on March 14. The parade is just one of the many ways you can celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Naperville. Here's your guide to parade information and what else is going on in and around Naperville for St. Paddy's Day.

Irish Mass

A traditional Irish Mass and soda bread reception will be held on March 9 at St. Raphael Catholic Church from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

St. Paddy's Day 5K

Naperville's St. Paddy's Day 5K will begin at 8 a.m. on March 14 at West and Jackson in downtown Naperville and will follow the parade route down Mill Street and back up to Jackson and West. The family-friendly 5K will be followed by a post-race celebration from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. that includes eats and drinks near the finish line.

West Suburban Irish Parade

The parade will step off in downtown Naperville at 10 a.m. on March 14 from near Naperville North High School. The lineup features bagpipe players, local officials, festively dressed Irish wolfhounds and more. The 2020 Grand Marshall is Christine Daly Jeffries, an Irish-American Naperville resident who serves as President of the Naperville Development Partnership and the Naperville Convention & Visitors Bureau.
