Naperville's 2022 Memorial Day Parade, Cermonies Planned For May 30
The 2022 Naperville Memorial Day Parade will step off at 10:30 a.m. Memorial ceremonies are planned throughout the day.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville's 2022 Memorial Day Parade and Remembrance Ceremonies are set for May 30.
The parade will step off at 10:30 a.m. at Jackson Avenue and West Street and head east to Washington Street, then north to Benton Avenue, where it will head east to the parking lot of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
Remembrance ceremonies will be held at the following locations:

- 7:45 a.m.: Cmdr. Dan Shanower Memorial, 400 S. Eagle St.
- 8:15 a.m.: GAR Monument at Naperville Cemetery, 705 S. Washington St.
- 8:35 a.m.: Veterans Park, 303 E. Gartner Rd.
- 9 a.m.: Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, 911 North Ave.
- 12:15 p.m.: Central Park, 104 E. Benton Ave.
The Naperville Memorial Day Parade will feature nearly four dozen participants, including members of the Naperville Police and Fire Departments, Cub Scout groups, marching bands from local schools, the Chicago Chapter of the 82nd Airborne Division Association and other groups.
