Naperville's 'Concerts In Your Park' To Go On With Restrictions

NAPERVILLE, IL — The Naperville Park District will continue to host its free 2020 Concerts In Your Park series with restrictions in place to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

The concerts kick off at 7 p.m. on select Sundays throughout the summer. Each concert will be held at a different park in Naperville. Here's a roundup of the concert schedule and locations:

  • July 26: Serendipity Band at Tall Grass Park, 3512 Grassmere Rd.
  • Aug. 2: The Millennials at Queensbury Greens, 1520 Brookdale Rd.
  • Aug. 16: Rosie and the Rivets at Gartner Park, 524 Gartner Rd.
  • Aug. 23: Final Say at Ashbury Park, 1740 Conan Doyle Rd.

Those who attend are encouraged to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs. Concert goers must also bring their own face coverings and must maintain a social distance of at least six feet from other households, according to the Naperville Park District's outdoor event guidelines.
