Neuqua Valley Football Headed to Playoffs

The Neuqua Valley varsity football team is headed to the playoffs.

Neuqua Valley, a No. 6 seed, will play Homewood-Flossmoor, a No. 3 seed, in the first round of the 8A Illinois High School Association (IHSA) playoffs at 7 p.m. on Oct. 31. The game will be in Floosmoor.

Pre-sale tickets for Friday’s football game will be available Thursday and Friday during lunch hours at both the Main and Birkett buildings at Neuqua Valley High School. Students interested in riding the Boosters sponsored pep bus must sign up in at the athletic office or the main office at the Birkett building by noon on Friday, according to the Neuqua Valley High School website.
