Patricia Marie Raymond, age 74, of Joliet, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, IL. Patricia was born on March 23, 1951, in Joliet, Patricia was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Kutsie. She was a graduate of Plainfield Central High School.

Patricia grounded her life in lifelong values of kindness and care. Her love for animals and passion for spending time with her family were well known and reflected the gentle spirit by which she lived every day. Her warm presence brought people together, and her love left a lasting imprint on the hearts of many.

Patricia made friends everywhere she went, she would make small talk with complete strangers at the grocery store because that’s the type of woman she was. She was a hard-working woman who worked numerous jobs over the years before she retired. She spent most of her time with her beloved animals and family.

Patricia's life was enriched by her 42 years of marriage to her devoted husband, Daniel Joel Raymond. She is also survived by three children, Bobby Moses, Dora Moses, and Andrea (Marvin Wright) Raymond; grandchildren, Jeremy Moses, Kelly Litwicki, Kimberly McGarvey, Megan Moses, Mary Budrick, Justin Moses, Jake Moses, Kayla Budrick, and Julian Wright; and her great-granddaughters, Annie Moses, Analise, Alyssa, and Abigail McGarvey. Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Joe Moses; granddaughters, Julie Cozzi and Katelynn Budrick; her parents; and two brothers, Daniel Kutsie and Tom Kutsie.

Visitation for Patricia Marie Raymond will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet, from 12:00 noon until the time of her service at 2:00 p.m. As it was her request, cremation rites will be accorded following services.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Will County Humane Society—an organization close to Patricia’s heart.
