William H. Falvey
William H. Falvey, age 69, of Minooka, passed away September 4, 2025, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet, IL. He was born June 9, 1956, the son of the late Dr. William H. and Audrey Falvey.

He grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from Custer High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He was a manger of many retail establishments over the years.
William led a very active life. He enjoyed being outdoors, camping, hiking, biking, and white-water rafting. He was a sports enthusiast and avid pickleball player. He enjoyed traveling, especially visiting the oceans where he would snorkel, dive, and read a good book on the beach.

He was a devoted family man. He found contentment while sitting in his backyard overlooking the pond while sharing stories and a beer with those he loved.
William is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Dorothy Falvey; loving son, Brian Falvey; dear sister, Nancy (Don) Krauspe; nephew, Christian (Irene) Krauspe; and many dear friends and relatives.
He was preceded death by his parents and brother, Steven Falvey.
A Memorial Visitation for William H. Falvey will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd) Joliet. Due to his request, cremation rites have been accorded.
