One-Stop-Shop: Benedictine's Office of Admissions makes transferring in August quick and easy

Transfer students interested in attending Benedictine University for the Fall 2015 Semester can complete all of their application paperwork

Transfer students interested in attending Benedictine University for the Fall 2015 Semester can complete all of their application paperwork and register for classes in a single day during “One-Stop-Shop” appointments in August.

The event is designed to help students interested in the University’s traditional daytime programs get through the entire enrollment process within a few hours. They can apply, become admitted and register so they don’t have to wait until next year to resume working toward a degree.

Students must bring all official transcripts, be in good academic standing, have a minimum 2.0 GPA and a minimum of 20 transferable semester credit hours (students with lower than the required minimum credit hours must satisfy freshmen admissions requirements).

Prospective students can meet with representatives from Admissions, the New Student Advising Center and the Office of Financial Aid in Lownik Hall from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, August 17-21; from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, August 24-28; and from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29.

The first day of classes for the fall semester is Monday, August 31.

To RSVP or for more information, contact the Office of Admissions at (630) 829-6300 or admissions@ben.edu.
