Naperville Park District invites the community to the reopening celebrations for two newly renovated playgrounds. The first event is at Brighton Ridge Park, located at 775 Torrington Drive, on Tuesday, August 17 at 5:00 p.m. and the second is at Brush Hill Park, located at 203 N. Whispering Hills Road, on Tuesday, August 24 at 5:00 p.m.

Neighbors are invited to bring their families and friends to participate in a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony, enjoy refreshments and giveaways, and explore the new play equipment.

“These renovated playgrounds, along with more than 70 other playgrounds throughout Naperville, provide outdoor recreation close to home, and are an important part of the Park District’s annual capital projects,” said Director of Planning Eric Shutes. “Residents helped choose the playground pieces, which are designed to be accessible, safe and fun for all kids.”
