Parking Lot, Facility Closures To Take Effect During Last Fling
Parking lot and park district facility closures will take effect starting Aug. 31 to accommodate the 2022 Last Fling festival in Naperville.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Parking lot and facility closures will be in effect starting Wednesday to accommodate the 2022 Naperville Last Fling festival.
The following parking lots will be closed from 5 a.m. on Aug. 31 through Sept. 5:
- Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center, 305 W. Jackson Ave.
- Naperville Park District Administration Building, 320 W. Jackson Ave.
Some park district facilities will close or operate on limited hours before and during the festival. The following facilities will be impacted:

- Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center will be closed Aug. 31 through Sept. 5
- Knoch Knolls Nature Center will be closed Sept. 4 and Sept. 5
- Centennial Beach will be open with late-season hours in effect
- Fort Hill Activity Center will have limited hours on Labor Day from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Paddleboat Quarry will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 3 through Sept. 5
Presented by the Naperville Jaycees, the 2022 Last Fling runs Sept. 2 through Sept. 5 along Jackson Avenue and features food, carnival rides, live music and a Labor Day Parade. Additional street closures will be announced once the start of the Last Fling nears.
