Pot Operation Found in Naperville Man's Garage
The man was reportedly found with more than 20 plants.
NAPERVILLE, IL — A 56-year-old Naperville man has been charged with having a pot operation inside his garage.
Michael J. Boland, of the 1400 block of West Jefferson Ave., has been charged with producing or possessing more than 20 cannabis plants and possessing more than 30 grams of cannabis, according to a report from the Chicago Tribune.
Naperville Police Commander Jason Arres told the Tribune an investigation into Boland’s alleged grow operation began after police received a tip.
