Ramsay's Kitchen Serving Up Prix Fixe Meals On Thanksgiving

NAPERVILLE, IL — Ramsay's Kitchen is serving up prix fixe meals to mark their first Thanksgiving in Naperville.
The meal starts with a course that features mushroom soup with herb oil and shaved truffle or a harvest salad with mixed greens, fuji apples, spiced almonds and mustard vinaigrette. For the main course, diners can savor a turkey plate with potato purée, green beans, chicken sage dressing and cranberry jam. Finish up with a pumpkin butterscotch budino topped with Biscoff cookie crumbs, candied pecans and chanitlly cream.
The cost is $65 per person or $105 per person for dinners with wine pairings.

The prix fixe menu will be available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 23.
