Serial Egg-Throwing Grinch, Accomplices Sought; Reward Offered In Naperville
A reward is offered for information leading to the arrest of individuals who have thrown eggs at a home in Naperville in the past year.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a group of serial egg-throwers, one of whom who has dressed up as the Grinch, who have targeted a home in Naperville.
Police say six people threw eggs at a home in the 400 block of Sleight Street around 9:20 p.m. on Dec. 12. The home has been egged "numerous times" in the past year, a news release said. During the summer of 2025, one of the egg throwers was caught on camera approaching the house in a Grinch costume.

Anyone who has information is encouraged to call Naperville Crime Stoppers at 630-420-6006. Anonymous tips can also be left via the Naperville Crime Stoppers website.
