According to Will County jail records, Fogelman was arrested Monday by Will County Forest Preserve Police and charged with being a sex offender at a public park. Shortly after his arrest, Fogelman was released on a no-cash bond, jail records show.

Illinois Department of Corrections records show that Fogelman is listed as a sexual predator.
