South African Gold Coin Donated In Salvation Army Bucket
The coin, valued at around $1,200, was reportedly left in a bucket outside of Casey's Foods.

NAPERVILLE, IL --- An anonymous person will help to make the holidays a little brighter for those in need after donating a gold coin worth more than $1,000 in a Salvation Army bucket in Naperville. The coin, identified as a South African Kruggerand, was dropped in the bucket of a bell ringer outside of Casey's Foods, Positively Naperville wrote in a Facebook post.
The 1-ounce gold Kruggerand coin is valued at roughly $123o in American dollars.
