Steven Tyler, Stray Cats To Perform At Naperville Ribfest

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville Ribfest has a wicked music lineup this year, including headliners Steven Tyler and the Loving Mary Band and '80s rockabilly sensation the Stray Cats. The Stray Cats and Melissa Etheridge will kick off the festival's first night of music on Wednesday, July 4, and Steven Tyler will take the stage on Saturday, July 7.

This year marks the Ribfest's 30th anniversary. The event, which is sponsored by the Exchange Club of Naperville, helps to raise funds to benefit victims of child abuse and domestic abuse.

The Stray Cats made their mark in the 1980s with their signature pompadours and catchy rockabilly sound. Their reverberating bass lines and twangy guitar riffs will be a great way for guests to end the first day of the fest.

Known for her gravelly voice and soulful love songs, Melissa Etheridge is a Grammy-winning artist famous for the 1990s songs "Come to My Window" and "I'm the Only One."

After fronting Aerosmith for decades, Steven Tyler now performs with the Loving Mary Band, a Nashville-based group of artists who previously toured as the backup band for country star Gretchen Wilson.

General admission tickets, carnival wristbands, and stage passes are already up for sale on the Naperville Ribfest website.
