Chicago Suburb Makes 2022 List Of Best Cities To Live In America

NAPERVILLE, IL — Once again, Naperville has made it onto a roundup of ideal places to live in the United States. This time, the suburb landed at number three on Niche's 2022 list of Best Cities to Live in America.

Based on Niche's methodology, Naperville received an overall grade of A-plus, along with the following grades in various subcategories:

• Public schools: A-plus
• Good for families: A-plus
• Health and fitness: A-plus
• Outdoor activities: A
• Housing: A-minus
• Diversity: A-minus
• Jobs: A-minus
• Night life: B-plus
• Commute: B
• Crime and safety: B-minus
• Weather: C-plus
• Cost of living: C

Niche praised Naperville's "highly-rated" schools, along with the city's variety of restaurants, parks and other entertainment options.

The city was only outranked by Cambridge, Massachusetts, and The Woodlands, Texas, which came it at number one.
