Missing Naperville Teen Found Safe, Police Say

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville police say a teen who had been missing since Dec. 23 is now home safe.

The teen had last been seen near his home on Oneida Lane and reportedly had a condition that could have put him in danger. Police shared a description and photo of the teen on Dec. 26, asking members of the public to alert contact them with information about his whereabouts.

After the teen was found safe, Naperville police took to social media to express their gratitude to the community for their "concern and sharing our original post."

They wrote, "Your support played a role in reuniting him with his family."
