American Legion Post 1977 located at 14414 Ford Drive in New Lenox is hosting our 2nd Annual Pig Roast and Rib Cook-off Saturday, July 11. Think you have the best ribs around? Put your money where your mouth is and let someone else be the judge when you enter our Battle Of The Ribs Cook-off! $45.00 entry fee per team, which includes two slabs of ribs per team. Sign up & payment deadline for the contest is June 24th. When you sign up at the American Legion you will receive the contest rules and times. You may win the First Place Trophy and CASH to boot! 1st place cash prize TBD dependent on number of entries. Not into ribs?
