Aggravated Battery, Power Tools Stolen: New Lenox Police Reports

The following information is from the New Lenox Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
May 8
- Someone broke into a barn and two cars at Spencer and Laraway roads and stole several thousand dollars worth of power tools.
- Someone stole two bottles of alcohol from Jewel, 475 Nelson Road, at 2:16 p.m.
- Someone stole several boxes of diapers valued at over $100 from CVS, 115 E. Lincoln Highway, at 10:07 p.m.

- Jomon Poe, 28, of the 1000 block of Shagbark Court, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. in the 1000 block of Shagbark and was charged with aggravated battery. Poe had cut the victim on his arm with a knife during an argument.
- A man stole $370 worth of baby formula from Target, 2370 E. Lincoln Highway, at 7:32 p.m.
May 13
- Loose change was stolen from an unlocked car in the 2800 block of Sheffield Drive.
- Keys were stolen from an unlocked car in the 2900 block of Sheffield Drive.
