Silver Cross Foundation Awards $121,591 in Scholarships for 2026-27

The Silver Cross Foundation has awarded $121,591 in scholarships to 84 recipients for the 2026–2027 academic year, supporting employees, their children and volunteers in advancing their education.

Funded through the generosity of donors, Medical Staff and community partners, the program continues to grow – this year funding 100% of employees who submitted complete applications.

“These scholarships are a direct investment in our workforce and future healthcare leaders,” said Tracy Simons, CFRE, Executive Director of the Silver Cross Hospital Foundation. “We are grateful to our donors for making this impact possible.”

Scholarships support a wide range of disciplines, including nursing, medical technology, radiology and professional certifications. Awards were distributed across more than 30 named scholarship funds, many established by physicians, families and community donors to support education, workforce development and clinical excellence.
