Manteno Man, 62, 'Touched And Rubbed' Buttocks Of Silver Cross Nurse: New Lenox Police

The incident took place Friday afternoon at the New Lenox hospital, according to reports.

NEW LENOX, IL — A Manteno man was charged with aggravated battery Friday after he reportedly grabbed the buttocks of a nurse at Silver Cross Hospital, according to New Lenox police reports.

Police were called to Silver Cross Hospital just after 1 p.m. Friday for a report of aggravated battery. The victim told police she is a registered nurse employed by Silver Cross Hospital. She told police that while she was caring for a patient—identified as Dennis Eberhart, 62, of Manteno—the man "touched and rubbed the complainant's buttocks" on three occasions in a "short span of time," according to police reports.

Due to Eberhart requiring ongoing medical care, police cited and released Eberhart on scene.
