NEW LENOX, IL — The New Lenox Safe Community Coalition's Older Adult Fall Prevention Task Group invites the community to attend One Fall Can Change It All: Healthy Aging Fair on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at VFW Post 9545, 323 Old Hickory Road in New Lenox.
Admission is free and no registration is required.
This free community event is designed to help older adults remain active, independent and safe by providing education, practical tools and connections to local resources focused on fall prevention, healthy aging and overall wellness.
Attendees are invited to enjoy a free hot breakfast while visiting informational and resource tables featuring local organizations, professionals and service providers. The morning will also include guest speakers, interactive demonstrations and door prizes.
