NEW LENOX, IL — The Village of New Lenox is seeking resident feedback on community events held at the New Lenox Village Commons through a new community survey open from October 9 through October 23.
The survey is designed to gather input from residents about their experiences with events hosted at the Village Commons. Feedback collected will help guide future decisions regarding community events, communications strategies, and new opportunities to better serve residents.
"This survey is an opportunity for residents to have a direct impact on how we communicate and engage with our community," said Community Engagement Director, Beth Alderson. "Whether attending Village Commons events, following Village news online, or staying informed through other channels, we want to hear what is working well and where we can improve."
The survey takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete and is open to all New Lenox residents and is anonymous.
Residents are encouraged to participate between October 9 and October 23 by completing the survey online.
