The chamber said the 1,500-square-foot space has one studio room, kids room and a vanity area. The studio room can accomodate up to 24 clients per class, and according to the Chamber, The Barre Code encourages women to discover what they are capable of, transforming clients into their strongest and fittest selves.
The studio will offer an ever-evolving class curriculum to the New Lenox location. Instructors at The Barre Code complete an intensive 6-week training with the corporate team, the chamber said. Classes include the original “Barre Code,” a fifty-minute, total-body workout of isometric holds, heavy repetition, and deep stretching; to “Brawl,” a combination of kickboxing and strengthening moves.
