 June 2013 IS SPAY / NEUTER REBATE MONTH

WILL COUNTY residents can have their dog or cat spayed or neutered during the month of JUNE 2013 at our clinic for a reduced cost with a rebate program from the Will County Animal Population Control Fund.

The rebate will be taken off your bill at the time of surgery so you don’t have to

submit any forms or wait for reimbursement.

Spay and Neuter Rebates will be in the amount of $40.00 for both dogs and cats.

Eligibility Guidelines for Will County Residents

• Will County Residents
• LIMIT Two Pets Per Household – Pet’s must be registered with Will County Animal Control and reside with the owner in Will County.
• Proof of Current Rabies Vaccination – Current certificate must be provided on the day of surgery.
• Rebate is only valid during the month of JUNE, 2013

 To protect your pet's well being and safety, blood work is required for all pets going under any anesthesia procedure.

 All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella as well as tested for Heartworm Disease.

 All cats must be current on Rabies and Feline Distemper

 If your pet is already spayed or neutered, please pass this information on to your friends and family.
