Christmas Eve Overdose Death Lands 2 New Lenox Men in Jail on Drug-Induced Homicide Charges
The two New Lenox men were arrested Friday.

Two New Lenox men were jailed in connection with a Christmas Eve drug overdose death.
Mark Harmon, 23, and Adam Pate, 29, both were arrested Friday on charges of drug induced homicide.
The New Lenox police reportedly worked with the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office to secure the charges against Harmon and Pate.

Bond was set for the two men at $500,000 apiece. They both remain in the Will County jail.
“The family of the deceased is greatly relieved” by the arrests made Friday, said New Lenox Police Chief Bob Sterba.
