Cigarettes Stolen, License Suspended: New Lenox Police Reports

The following information is from the New Lenox Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Nov. 5

• Angela Hogue, 29, of Gary, Indiana, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. at Haven and Warren avenues and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Nov. 6

• Two men stole two cartons of cigarettes from Circle K, 471 Nelson Road. Total loss was $176.
• Two men stole two cartons of cigarettes from Speedway, 800 W. Lincoln Highway. The total loss was $260. The same two men stole cigarettes from Circle K and locations in Joliet and Mokena.
• Jachai Banks, 22, of Munster, Indiana, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. at Laraway Road and Foxwood Drive and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding, operating an uninsured vehicle and suspended registration.
• A package was stolen from the 1300 block of Lahard Road.

Nov. 7

• An iPad was stolen from a bag while at the waiting room of Silver Cross Hospital, 1890 Silver Cross Boulevard.
