Construction Under Way on Binny's in Mokena

Construction has begun on Mokena’s very own Binny’s Beverage Depot.

The new 25,000-square-foot building is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2015, and will be the fifth Binny’s by developer Inland Real Estate Corporation’s. The building will be located at Wolf Road and US 30, on the east side of the shopping center. Binny’s will join market-leading retailers such as PetSmart and Party City, already opened and operating at the center.

Binny’s Beverage Depot is a “regional liquor powerhouse” which features a wide selection of beer, wine and spirits. This Binny’s location, the retailer’s first store south of I-80, will serve south suburban communities including Mokena, New Lenox, Frankfort and Tinley Park.

Before the completion of the Mokena location, the nearest Binny’s is in Orland Park.
