A judge ordered that Davis be transported from Western Illinois Correctional Center in Mount Sterling to Joliet for a Jan. 15 court appearance.

The New Lenox police investigated Davis for the alleged rape. When asked about Davis’ case via email, Deputy Police Chief Robert Pawlisz said only that an “officer was dispatched to Silver Cross Hospital reference a report of sexual assault. After an investigation into the report, Davis was direct indicted by the grand jury.”
