Cops Eye Wanted Man Caught Lurking Around Eye Doctor's: Police
The Wisconsin man was wanted on a DuPage County warrant.
A suspicious man who caught the eye of a New Lenox patrol officer turned out to be wanted on a DuPage County warrant, police said.
John Molter, 23, of Mercer, WI, was hanging around outside Lancaster Eye Care on East Lincoln Highway about 10:15 a.m. Christmas Eve, police said.
“The officer observed a suspicious vehicle parking in the lot of Lancaster Eye Care, which was closed at the time,” police said. “The officer discovered that the subject, Molter, had a warrant for his arrest.”

Molter had allegedly failed to appear in DuPage County court. He was released from custody after he posted bond.
