Dollars Stolen From New Lenox Dollar Store

Prowlers broke into a New Lenox dollar store and stole dollars, police said.

The police did not reveal how many dollars were taken from the Dollar Stop store on Nelson Road.

The crook — or crooks —smashed a window to gain entrance to the store, police said. Police were alerted to the burglary Sunday morning.
