July 30

  • A man stole $140 worth of clothing items from TJ Maxx, 485 E. Lincoln Highway.

  • Benajamin Larson, 27, of East Moline, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. at Lincoln Highway and Veterans Parkway and charged with driving while license suspended and expired registration.

Aug. 2

  • Dylan Dozier, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. at Lincoln Highway and Nelson Road and charged with driving while license suspended and operating uninsured vehicle.
  • Three people fired paintballs at a car in the 2100 block of Sanford Avenue. The car was struck but not damaged.

  • Anthony Mantoan, 21, of Dyer, Indiana, was arrested at 11:57 p.m. at Schoolhouse and Laraway roads and charged with DUI, operating uninsured vehicle, expired registration and disobeyed traffic control device.
