DUIs, Gun Stolen From Car: New Lenox Police Reports

Oct. 21
- Someone stole a toolbox, containing numerous power tools, from the 300 block of Garnett Drive. Total loss was over $12,000.

- Martin Alcantar III, 30, of Richton Park, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. at Delaney Road and Taylor Glen Drive and charged with driving while license suspended.
Oct. 26
- Jeffery Paganessi, 41, of Joliet, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. in the 400 block of DeGroate Road and charged with criminal trespassing and harassment by telephone.

- A handgun was stolen out of an unlocked car in the 0-1000 block of Warren Avenue.
- An Xbox and controllers were stolen out of an unlocked car in the 400 block of North Cedar Road.
- John Turney, 61, of Chicago, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. at Laraway and Schoolhouse roads and charged with DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol.
Oct. 30
- Darrin Contreras, 51, of the 100 block of Terry Ellen Lane, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. at Cedar Road and Lenox Street and charged with DUI and speeding.
