April 29
- Jorge Garza, 55, of Shorewood, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. at Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway, and charged with retail theft. Several steaks and a knife were stolen from the store and recovered from Garza's car.
- David Craig, 37, of Joliet, was arrested at 8:21 p.m. and Lincoln Highway and Nelson Road and charged with threatening a public official. Craig made numerous threats of bodily harm to the officer and began to kick the window of the squad car in an attempt to break it. He also had an outstanding warrant.

- Joseph Anello, 43, of the 100 block of Haines, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. at Cedar and Haines and charged with domestic battery. Multiple witnesses told police Anello had punched a woman in the face in the street. The victim suffered minor injuries.
May 1
- Someone spraypainted graffiti on a wall of the concession stand at Martino Junior High School.
- Timothy Clark, 56, of the 2500 block of Foxwood, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. at Cedar and Lincoln Highway and charged with DUI-alcohol. Clark struck an ambulance and fled, but the driver of the ambulance called police and followed the car. An open container of wine was also found in the car.
May 2

- Loose change was stolen from an unlocked car in the 600 block of Marilyn Drive.
- Paul Mitchell, 38, of the 3300 block of Blanford Avenue, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. at Jewel, 475 Nelson Road, and charged with retail theft. Mitchell loaded a cart with over $240 worth of items and left without paying.
May 4
- Someone stole over $900 worth of teeth whitening and hair restoration products from CVS, 115 E. Lincoln Highway.
- A phone charging cord was stolen from an unlocked car in the 300 block of West Woodlawn.
- Michael Nielsen, 35, of Willowbrook, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. at Silver Cross Boulevard and Francis Road and charged with DUI-alcohol.
May 6
- Sabrina Reed, 38, of the 1100 block of North Cedar Road, was arrested at 8:14 a.m. at Marley Road and Steeple Chase and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding.
