DUIs, Retail Thefts: New Lenox Police Reports
New Lenox police reports through June 22.
The following information is from the New Lenox Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
June 15
- Hannah Montalvo, 20, of the 1700 block of Argyle, was charged with DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding at 2:14 a.m. at Bluestone Bay Drive and Lincoln Highway.

- Hubcaps were reported stolen from a car parked in the 1000 block of Sweetwater Trail.
June 18
- Someone has stolen bags of hand sanitizer from the dispensers on several occasions from Bentley baseball fields off of East Lincoln Highway. The total loss was $190.
- Multiple people entered Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway, and stole various items totaling over $300.
- Police responded to a single-vehicle crash where a car struck a utility pole and the driver, Christopher Rogers, 35, of Mokena, was charged with DUI-drugs, driving while license revoked and operation of uninsured vehicle at 8:53 p.m. at Lincoln Highway and Cedar Road.

- Maro Noyola-Ramirez, 38, of Joliet; and Victoria Rodriguez, 37, of Joliet, were charged with retail theft at 12:07 a.m. at Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway. According to reports, both Noyola-Ramirez and Rodriguez stole various items totaling over $400 from the store, and were responsible for previous retail thefts. Noyola-Ramirez also had an outstanding Will County warrant for failing to appear in court.
