Dwyane Wade Hosts Final New Lenox Basketball Camp

NEW LENOX, IL - Lincoln-Way Central High School will be jam-packed this weekend as former Chicago Bulls Dwyane Wade and Jimmy Butler visit New Lenox as part of Wade's "Farewell Chicago" tour. This week, New Lenox Mayor Tim Baldermann announced on social media that "I'm excited to bring my good friend, Dwyane Wade, back to the village of New Lenox to host his Celebrity Sports Academy with special guest Jimmy Butler. The two-day basketball and cheer camp takes place this coming weekend, August 4 and 6 at Lincoln-Way Central High School."

Baldermann told Patch he expects several hundred kids will be participating in the camp, which is a big event and proud moment for New Lenox.
