The single most pressing issue facing our district is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

Corruption, particularly at the level of government officials, is what absolutely disgusts me.

Corruption is rotting Illinois from the inside out, with our own Senator’s corruption being at the forefront of that fight. The cost of living and property taxes are outrageous across the board. $450+ Million going towards non-citizens to have free housing, food, clothing, health insurance, and vehicles, is a decision made by leadership in Springfield. And who, might I ask, has about 75% control in the house and senate? Even if all Republicans banded together, they would still only have enough to have 25% of the vote. In fact, every single bill passed regarding sanctuary status in IL. was voted “yes” by our current senator (which is why they are able to increase taxes in the way they are, because WE elected these people in the first place, and they’ve been scheming to set us up all along (in order to get to the very point we are at now- where non-citizens can flood the market with their votes to offset them losing some of the American minority vote). Of course these things “sound crazy”; they ARE crazy! I cannot even fathom that this level of taking advantage of people (especially in the minority areas of our district, because as a society, we turn a blind eye to them and their woes, perhaps due to a barrier in communication styles). Homes are being stolen from residents in order to bring Section 8 to their communities (in order to have a continuous influx of income from the state), so that the government officials can skim money off the top for themselves. Others are alleging harassment through people in associations with our Senator (e.g., guns being shot at their homes, dogs/animals killed, threatened with car bombs, etc.). Our Senator is also in trouble for Domestic Violence against his former wife. The narrative was so believable that the Governor of his own party asked him to step down, but he declined to have the integrity to do so. He has been reportedly continuing to harm her through harassment and constant threats. In fact, he has been allegedly filing multiple (at least 4) false reports against her in the last two years, allegedly in retaliation for her coming forward about the original Domestic Violence. We have a real life Jussie Smollett on our hands, as he was caught on tape fabricating an entire domestic violence incident (in which our senator crafted a whole story/narrative for a police interview charging his ex with a domestic battery that never occurred), and he was CAUGHT ON TAPE! The interesting thing is that the Will County Sheriff and the City of Orland Hills may apparently be working together to cover-up all of this information (so that it isn’t exposed and his silver-spoon son can continue to steal from taxpayers while acting egregiously behind closed doors), as they refuse to acknowledge any of this through FOIA (even though I have personal knowledge that the video exists). I have the paperwork to prove it; if anyone reaches out to me personally, I would be happy to share the FOIA responses I have received. The corruption needs to be exposed all around.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidate seeking this post?

There is a world of difference. We have completely different life philosophies. One is out for the betterment of himself and his own family’s dynasty (while virtue-signaling about social issues to buy votes), and the other is quite opposite (as evidenced by leaving a PhD program with $100K/year job offers on the table pending finishing the program, to work in a more compassionate field, starting with sex-trafficked children and $20K/year salary). One steals from people (through property tax increases and funding toward non-citizens) to benefit himself, one gives everything they have to dedicate their lives to serving others at the expense of personal enrichment. One abuses women, the other is a survivor of domestic violence and physical;/sexual abuse. One is a child of nepotism and silver spoons, the other grew up in a house with plywood floors until she was a freshmen/sophomore in high school. One had all of the pleasantries of an entitled childhood, yet chooses to use that silver spoon to scoop more for himself; the other uses the plastic spoon she’s been given to show people how to be leaders and decent human beings. One takes advantage of minorities and woman, and the other is a minority and a woman. One exploits people with disabilities by claiming a military disability loophole to escape paying property taxes (without any widely known disability, in addition to having a six-figure+ income every year), one has a physical disability (Psoriatic Arthritis) and seeks no benefits from taxpayers regarding it. One pretends to be Christian by attending and then being KICKED OUT of his Catholic Church, the other gives her life for her faith.

Y’all choose.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the district?

Did he fail? Y’all tell me (please see previous answers):

He voted for every bill affirmatively, which undermines parents (Google “Sex Education in IL, k-8”), creates a sanctuary state environment, allows non-citizens to become police officers, removes bail so most all reoffenders are back on the streets doing the same crimes and worse (SAFE-T Act), and pushes all far left agendas that include but are not limited to pushing abortions in minority communities (which is SUPER racist if you ask me).

There is a difference between people who vote democrat, and those who are in the Democratic Leadership. Most people who vote Democrat mean well, but those in Democratic leadership in IL have the most skillful yet corrupt network of criminal dealings (starting with our Senator’s Mentor, Mike Madigan). Our Senator is anti-police, as he has sued the Frankfort PD at least 3 separate times, due to his Domestic Violence incident being leaked.

Also, please Google “Mike Hastings, Domestic Violence.” Many of the articles have been wiped due to our Senator allegedly bullying people with fake lawsuits, but there are still enough to go around. One of the wiped articles demonstrates the police file says he choked out his wife.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform:

This information can be found at: www.SamanthaGasca.com.

Under the “HOME” and “MEET SAMANTHA” tabs. If you have any further questions, it is important for me to be available to those in my district. As opposed to most politicians, who we must call multiple times to even get a response from a Secretary, and “maybe” at some point “maybe” getting 15 minutes with your Senator… I think that is an entitled, silver-spoon, ivory tower, arrogant mentality to have as a leader.

Therefore, Please call or text me on my cell: (815) 263-1122

If you gain this position, what accomplishment would define your term in office as a success?

Being a better person (with more integrity) coming out, than going in.

Thorough, independent audits of all governmental agencies within the 19th Senate District (to start). In addition, I would like to have a Podcast to expose all of the corruption going on in Springfield- left OR right. The people deserve to know where their hard-earned money is going; especially if it is to uphold the income and status of a wife abuser.

Why are you running for office?

I would say I “agreed” to run for office. After losing my school board race in 2022, a group of Grassroot Republicans found me and asked me to run. I was repelled by even the thought (as politics are brutal), but eventually decided that I this was a way I could serve the country that I had always wanted to serve in some capacity. God has done so much for me in my life, which is I want to be used to bless His people indefinitely.

What questions should be asked of current government employees accountable to your district?

One perspective in a line of questions: Why are some of y’all hindering justice by covering up for the higher ups? Are you turning a blind eye because you get financial and quid-pro-quo benefits? Or are you part of the corruption/in on it? Are you afraid?

These are many of the questions/answers I am getting from people directly, as I have been canvassing for 18-19 months.

Explain your attitudes toward fiscal policy, government spending and how taxpayer dollars should be handled by your office?

I touched some on this in previous answers; however, I am a fiscal conservative. Plain and simple. I believe in small government, freedom of speech, and constitutional rights.

My office will commit to having an independent auditor look over the books at least once/year. That independent auditor will be chosen not by me, but through a polling system accessible to residents in our district.

Do you think Illinois’s SAFE-T Act/no cash bail has been effective?

If asking for the perspective of a person who enjoys committing crimes, then yes, it has been completely effective. It has been effective at helping repeat offenders get off easy, increasing violent crimes exponentially, and favoring pedophiles and abusers who commit all kinds of physical and sexual domestic violence to children and adults.

Should the state stiffen gun laws?

One idea, is that the state could do social media background checks for gun ownership. If anyone has threatened to shoot people/do crazy things, its probably best to believe them.

I also believe the FOIA is illegal. In the Constitution, it states that we have the RIGHT to bear arms. Not the “privilege.” There is a difference between a right and a privilege; a right is inherent to one’s personhood, whereas a privilege is something that can be earned (and therefore taken away). Democratic Leadership in the state of IL has treated gun ownership like a privilege, instead of a right; however, it is hard to check them on it because they have so much power wrapped up in a state-wide corruption scheme (or so it is proposed).

Are there any state laws that you don’t think are constitutional and shouldn’t be enforced?

Please see previous answer. In addition, there are unconstitutional laws that allow books like Gender Queer in public SCHOOL libraries across IL, which are seemingly used to traumatize children when they are young so they are easier to manipulate for votes when they get old (Side Note: The author of Gender Queer stated that the book was not written for children… Need I say more).

Do you think state taxpayer money should be provided to ease the migrant crisis and burden on Chicago?

This depends on what the money is going towards… free food, homes, cars, and clothes for non-citizens? Absolutely not. To help deport violent offenders? Yes, absolutely.

How do you feel about school funding? Do you think school funding is fairly distributed?

I think there is a problem with not being legally able to fire teachers ultimately, when they do bad things (E.g., like in Homer Glen when the School Board hired a teacher who was teaching grammar-school-aged children to draw penis’). The teachers that get fired from the West end of our district, end up being placed in minority communities in the East end of our district, which is why their schools are failing).

Before we throw more money at school boards, I think every single one in our district should be audited independently to determine wastefulness at best, and criminal activity at worst.

Illinois now has a law that penalizes public libraries for banning books for “partisan or doctrinal” reasons — do you agree with the law? Should a school district be allowed to ban books in certain instances, such as books seen as pornographic? Is the mere mention of LGBTQ topics considered pornographic?

This seems like a bait-and-switch question. I do not care how people decide to act of behave as an adult. I have an issue when people try to bring kids into it. It should be obvious that pedophiles desire to be around their prey; thus why would any non-familial adult be in any kind of sexually compromising position (naked, or talking about sex, etc.) in the presence of a child, unless they are pedophilic? Or trying to traumatize to make them easier to manipulate?

Parents have the right to be discussing these topics with their own children. It is not up to the public school system to indoctrinate the youth with their own personal view on what morality should look like. This is why ~90% of black and brown students will graduate today “without” the ability to read or write at grade level without remediation. We are so focused on things that are harmful for children, as opposed to focusing on teaching them how to become productive, contributing, decent human beings.

What should be done to reduce the state’s $140 billion in pension liabilities?

Stop allowing the Leadership in Springfield to borrow (I.e., steal) from it. Expose corruption. Those would be a start. I don’t want to allude to making a plan to fund the program even more, before we plug all the leaking holes. Otherwise, they will continue to take advantage

What would you do to help constituents struggling with the ever-increasing cost of living?

One idea is to help educate people on how our votes are contributing to the “ever-rising cost of living.”

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
