“This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to spend time, get to know, and listen to students from another country.
"This is an opportunity that most high school students are unable to do. The members of the Ahrensburg Orchestra will be able to see our community, meet our families, as well as visit downtown Chicago while they are here.
"As a former member of an international orchestra I can tell you that the most amazing times were spent with host families and I am very happy that our Lincoln-Way students and families will be able to take part in this wonderful weekend,” said Wellman.
