A fundraiser to help children in the Will County court system will be hosted by WineStyles and Pampered Chef, which will serve fine foods and wines to participants from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 1 at WineStyles, 20214 S. LaGrange Road in Frankfort.
Tickets are $20 per person. Items also will be for sale, with a percentage of all sales donated to Court Appointed Special Advocates of Will County.
CASA recruits, trains and supervises volunteers to represent the best interests of children in specific abuse and neglect cases in Will County. Volunteers are appointed by judges to ensure children do not get lost in the overburdened legal system or languish in foster care.

The nonprofit began serving abused and neglected children in 1994. Its offices are at the River Valley Justice Center in Joliet, which houses all juvenile court-related services.
