Indulge in one of life's real treats. Enjoyed by all, chocolate knows no bounds. Samples and examples of chocolate will be shown and tasted!
Domestic and imported, familiar and not, commercial and handmade chocolates, semi-sweet, dark, milk, white, bittersweet, and cocoa will be incorporated into taste sensations. Fun and music will also rule. Discussion will cover handling, storage, melting, uses and misuses. Recipes will be passed out.
